I-Beam Infrastructure Services is a subsidiary of Sreenivas Housing Pvt Ltd, a renowned chennai based construction house known for its value-based construction solutions for over 4 decades.

I-Beam offers multi disciplinary engineering services and infrastructure development related to setting up full-scale manufacturing units. Our service spectrum includes right from sourcing of land to project design to choosing right machinery and commissioning, civil structure, erection of appropriate effluent treatment plant, getting approvals, quality procedures, MEP, safety procedures, functionality, economy, efficiency, expandability, maintenance and much more.
